Today's ECO Newsletter, produced by the environmental NGOs present at COP17 in Durban, is sending an interesting message to Canada: the federal government better stay away from Durban given its intention to formally withdraw from the Kyoto Protocol. But hope remains among transnational activists that Canadians will support meaningful climate action in the form of an international agreement.
