The Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI), located in Waterloo, Ontario, is seeking to identify, pre-qualify and select a short list of interested General Contractors for the construction of academic buildings associated with The Balsillie Centre of Excellence and the Balsillie School of International Affairs. These internationally acclaimed institutions will share a high profile campus setting in Uptown Waterloo.

Potential bidders must submit pre-qualification packages before the end of day on Monday, March 30, 2009 so that they may be notified of pre-qualification status well in advance. Bidders must be pre-qualified prior to the RFP.
