Background
Warren’s research interests include international relations theory, international organizations and global regulatory politics. His dissertation focuses on issues surrounding the growing institutional density in the international system. He is particularly interested in how interactions between international organizations impact processes of global rule-making. Warren’s current work comparatively assesses the interactions of international organizations across a number of functional areas including international finance, health, and intellectual property. He taught International Organizations (PSCI 357) at the University of Waterloo in 2011.
