Paul Foley

Visiting Fellow, Balsillie School of International Affairs (May to July 2017)
Dr. Foley studies links between governance and development. He is currently studying the relationship between third-party sustainability certification and development in fisheries.

John Head

Fulbright Research Chair in Global Governance (August to December 2016)

Dr. Rotberg is an internationally renowned author and scholar with expertise in failed states, corruption, Africa, and civil and interstate conflict.

Chris Russill

Visiting Fellow, Balsillie School of International Affairs (September to December 2014)
Dr. Russill is currently studying the development of early warning systems for hurricanes, ozone holes, and climate change.
