Kelsey Goodman graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics. Her previous research interests include immigration and entrepreneurship (with a focus on women), economic impacts of international tax policies, and global finance. While at Western, Kelsey was a member of the Western Economics Association. She spent 8 months studying in Singapore, focusing on trade relations within ASEAN member states.
Upon graduation, Kelsey worked as a Digital Transformation Consultant in the Banking and Global Wealth sector of a major consulting firm. She resigned her position in early 2017 to volunteer at a youth rehabilitation facility in Cartagena, Colombia, and travel South America. Her work in Cartagena helped deepen her interest in inequality within Latin America.
