Laura Kacur is the Director of Human Resources at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) where she is responsible for all aspects of people and culture, including talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, total compensation and organizational effectiveness. Laura also provides HR consulting support to the Arctic Research Foundation.

Prior to joining CIGI in the summer of 2018, Laura held HR leadership positions in Canada and the United States, primarily in the high-tech and medical devices sectors.

Laura graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
