The Balsillie School community extends warmest congratulations to Tahnee Prior who successfully defended her dissertation, “Taking Complexity Seriously in International Law: A View from the Arctic” on January 6, 2021.

Special thanks to her supervisors, Thomas Homer-Dixon and Neil Craik, and committee members Simon Dalby and Whitney Lackenbauer, internal/external Dan McCarthy and external examiner, Klaus Dodds, Department of Geography, Royal Holloway University of London.
