Presentation of Doctoral Dissertation: “Between Aspiration and Reality: Governance, the APSA and the Conflict in Mali”

The BSIA community is invited to Ousmane Diallo’s ‘public presentation’ of his doctoral dissertation.  Ousmane’s dissertation examines the evolution of – and gaps within – Africa’s regional security governance architecture in the context of the ongoing conflict in Mali.  The formal dissertation, which is closed to the public, will take place later in June.
